✅ Stage 1: Planning, Approvals & Site Kickoff (Weeks 1–4)

We start the project with:

  • Finalised structural drawings and approvals in place
  • Demolition and site preparation
  • Interior design kickoff, beginning with plumbing zones (kitchens, bathrooms, laundry)

This allows us to start construction without delay while progressing interior design in stages.

✅ Stage 2: Slab & Plumbing Coordination (Weeks 5–6)

  • Plumbing points confirmed based on early interior planning
  • Slab preparation and pour begins immediately
  • If excavation is required, we continue design work for other floors in parallel

Our construction and design teams work in tandem to keep every detail aligned with site progress.

✅ Stage 3: Framing & Structural Build (Weeks 7–13)

  • Full structural frame and roof structure completed
  • External windows and doors installed early via our direct supply line
  • Interior design is finalised for major areas: kitchen, living spaces, media rooms, and most bedroom zones

By reaching the roof early, we create the flexibility to focus on the finer details in later stages.

✅ Stage 4: Lock-Up & Rough-In (Weeks 14–17)

  • Full external envelope completed (brick/rendering, waterproofing)
  • Electrical, plumbing, and mechanical rough-ins
  • Remaining interior design details and finishing touches in bedrooms, feature areas, and storage spaces

Selections are finalised just in time for install — no rush, no delay, and no decision fatigue months in advance.

  • Internal walls and ceilings
